Vicente Suárez
Born in Barcelona, Vicente Suárez is a seasoned communications professional, a world traveler, and a passionate art enthusiast. His global mindset took shape during his studies in Spain and the U.S., where he gained valuable experience through internships in government institutions.Vicente began his career in Catalonia, serving as Marketing Manager for Recoletos Compañía Editorial, working with top-tier publications. Later, he took on a leadership role at Equipo Singular, a renowned communications agency. In 2002, he co-founded Gablons Comunicación with Katherin Staib, establishing a successful multi-sector PR agency that has earned international recognition, including being named one of the world’s top 100 communication agencies.With over two decades of experience, Vicente continues to lead with creativity and vision, driven by his love for art and exploration. His work reflects his enduring passion for innovation and excellence in communication.
Mercé Tell
Co-founder and General Partner of Encomenda Capital Partners, Mercè has 20 years of experience in venture capital and investment in technology-based projects in the early stages of development. Mercè has extensive knowledge in the financial area and in the structuring of operations and commercial transactions, in the regulatory and compliance area of venture capital firms and has extensive experience in the implementation of growth, development and exit strategies for start-ups. She began her career in corporate M&A to jump into VC working in different positions in the investment team and managing several funds, specially linked to insurtech, traveltech, proptech and other digital transformations projects.
Carlos Lizán
Founder and CEO of M&Partners (www.mand.partners), Carlos has 20 years of experience in mentoring startups in some of the most prestigious accelerators programs in Europe and he has extensive knowledge in the areas of legal, growth and fundraising, where he has developed his own methodology for investment rounds in startups (www.investme.io). Carlos has experience working in radio and TV and is particularly active in the web3 area. He has been executive of a professional football club and vice-president of the Spanish Crowdfunding Association. Along his career, Carlos won several awards, as the Best Lawyer under 30 years old in Spain in 2009 and the Best Orator of the Barcelona Bar Association in 2008.
